Our pediatricians take a patient-centered approach, treating each infant, child, and adolescent as an individual. We want you to feel confident leaving the care of your loves ones in our hands by providing continuity of care, effective diagnostic and treatment services, and comprehensive health education.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
The Alberta Pediatric Consult Clinics is currently accepting referrals for children under the age of 18.
Pediatric Patient Instructions
1. Please bring your Alberta Health Card along with your requisition form to your appointment.
2. Stay on prescribed medications. Diabetics should discuss possible stoppage or reduction of insulin with their physician.
3. Please bring your children to the appointment.
4. Please bring an adult to supervise children.
5. Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and call (587) 392-3630 (24 hours prior) if you are unable to keep your appointment.
6. Please advise us of any mobility limitations.
7. Please avoid the use of fragrances as other patients may be sensitive.
Alberta Pediatric Consultant Clinics requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid No Show and/or Short Notice Cancellation fees: $200.00 for all initial appointments, $100.00 for follow-up appointments. Please contact us at (587) 392-3630 for cancellations.
